Commercial
We manage a variety of commercial properties for landlords for small and large firms.
We have a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in dealing with day to day building management, compilation of expenditure budgets, rent arrears and most importantly, managing people.
We have been involved in developing sites from inception to completion followed by sales, lettings and management. Working on behalf of clients our involvement has included advice on realising the potential of existing sites, refurbishing existing premises and devising innovative reuses for redundant buildings.
Prince Warnes Properties was founded in 1997 offering an all-inclusive commercial management package for landlords. We provide a pro-active management for the benefit of our clients, tenants, and employees and our internal management staff have combined property experience of over 60 years, to provide the best possible service.

Financial Director
Geoff co-founded Prince, Warnes Ltd in October 1997. He is an accountant that has spent most of his working life in the building and building services sector.
Property Manager
Sarah has been with the business since 2021 and is the Property Manager for The Chubb Buildings in Wolverhampton. She has previous experience in administration/facilities management within the retail sector.
Accountant
Rozanne has been with the business since 2017 starting originally as a bookkeeper/assistant accountant and progressed to company accountant, alongside studying for her professional exams.
Property Manager
Alison been with the company since it was founded and has over 20 years’ experience in property management starting out on the administration side, working her way up to her current position of hands on, face-to-face property management of the Birmingham Sites.
Administration Manager
Caroline (who is camera-shy) joined the Team in 2011 and has several years of office experience spanning a variety of sectors.
Trainee Bookkeeper
Shannon is the latest member to join the team as an apprentice bookkeeper in 2022 and she has recently completed her AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accountancy.
